Conceptual Design
Our team will work with you through each step of the creative process. Whether you have an idea or a design, our experts will work with you to make your product come to life. Each stage of the process is examined with our client for feedback and approval.
Structural Design
Konzept 5 is partnered with the most experienced structural engineers in the industry. Our creative design team is capable of providing any structural sample to meet any requirement or condition.
Plastic, SBS, Corrugated, Thermoform
From the earliest stages of sampling to the final stages of shipping, we lean on our 25 years of experience to help create a seamless process for all of our clients.
Production
Speed, efficiency, and accuracy are the highest priority for our production team. Using only the most advanced and state-of-the-art equipment, our team will not settle for anything less than the highest quality packaging.
Pre-Production
During this stage of the process, our team looks for any potential mistakes before moving into production to ensure product accuracy. This step includes job planning, machine allocation, tooling, and ship testing.
Pre-Flight
The pre-flight step of the process ensures that all colors and layouts are ready for production.
Printing
Following pre-flight, the printing process begins. Through our partnerships, we are capable of offset, flexo, digital and gravure printing on an extensive range of materials.
Finishing
Our finishing team is capable of catering to all size jobs. We are extremely versatile, specializing in windowing, die cutting, laminating, gluing, and foil stamping. During the finishing process, our team is focused on quality control at each step.
